"Poor Management"

Property is dirty no one is picking up garbage around the building, plants are dying because no one looks after or watering them. The sign "The Tamaron" needs repainting. The grass at the entrance door is growing. Waterhoses are not properly tucked away in the corner.Walls in the main entrance door is full of marks needs repainting. Inside the elevators also full of marks and elevator pad is up all year round. No recycle box in the mailbox area papers are everywhere. Carpets smell. Is anyone cleaning this property considering the maintenance fees are high?

Feel sorry for you my friend. Come live at Melrose Place, 8068 120A Street.Place is very clean and well taken care of.
