"not impressed"
went to look at a units for sale. not impressed. the layout was garbage and reeked of cigarettes and indian food.

"NOT family friendly"
What a load. If Sagewood is even "family friendly", why do people keep calling the cops? Truth be told some of the neighbors aren't playing with a full deck, which is why they have a huge file with the cops. They're obviously the reason most people come and go. What does that tell you?

"Low Value"
Quite depressing and very claustrophobic. It used to be in pristine condition when it was first built, but in the last couple of years the value swirled down the toilet. Absentee management, nosey and noisy neighbours, incompetent strata council, lacklustre landscaping...you name it. Small wonder so many units go up for sale every year.

"No rules or service"
This place is the spitting image of a file cabinet. Sound is horrible. The walls are so thin you hear neighbors peeing. There's no rules or service. If people smoke, get drunk or play loud music, "deal with it yourself." Nothing ever gets done. There's no speed limit sign or block watch. The landscaping is also ugly because management refuses to pay contractors good money for all their hard work. Your strata fees end up in the garbage. Not recommended for new comers to the housing market.

I lived here many years ago when this neighbourhood was peaceful. I recently passed by and man oh man! So much density! This place sure is surrounded by buildings. Lots of condos here, there and everywhere. Behind Fruiticana, Starbucks and now more commercial outlets are coming in the back. Yep how times have changed.
