"One of the best complex
in Surrey/Delta"
It is one of the best and well maintained town house complex in lower mainland perhaps the only one with planty of parking spaces insde the complex and no need to park on the raod.Grocery Shopping is so easy especially complex gate opens in Safeway and bank. Scottsdale exchange is very near. Awesome location.

yes I agree with the comments as I live here and it is nice to live in here.Another feature is the park on the back of the complex and it is awesome if you are living in that row whose back is on the park.
