"loved it here! "

unit very cosy... feels more like a townhouse...nice building .. self managed...cheap to heat.. smaller building less hassles with owners than a big complex. strata pro active and manage budget very well...they still have some renos to do but on top of it. Lots of renos done in last 2 years. Very safe away from the scummy area of downtown... very convenient to everything.

"This is a beautiful place
to live."

I used to live in this building. The people that live there are very friendly.I enjoyed the community very much and i always felt safe. The building has recently undergone renovations like a new roof. The strata is very proactive. I wish i did not have to move away.
