"Issues"

Told this was a non smoking building by owner, strata bylaw. Continuously having issues with smokers. The stench of second hand smoke is always present. No insulation between floors is also a issue. Can hear neighbors above or below and results in second hand smoke going through the vents and walls, floors.

Lovely building but don't rent on 2nd floor - too noisy. Insulation between 2nd and 3rd floor is non existent
