"Good location, lousy
work, lousy Strata
Council/Corporation"

The decisions made for repairs except a single job in a whole decade was wasted money. Substandard seems the normal process here, as indicated by the vetting of contractors. There is no common sense guiding the Strata decision-making, and as a result some condos have become almost unsaleable due to incompetence. Drainage or crawlspace repair, specialized cleaning, pruning, and even painting can't seem to be done adequately. Decisions are often made out of order, in a way similar to laying the carpet before installing the drywall. There is nothing to suggest anything will change in the near future. Decisions are currently being made to fix parts of the complex that do not need fixing, while others in dire need of repair or complete replacement are ignored. The exteriors are incredibly bland, in bad need of upgrading and the green spaces are often useless during the rainy seasons due to poor drainage. That was one of the aforementioned jobs supposedly done, but the problems persisted. Hence the issues with water in some crawl spaces, but not all. Now, some crawlspaces can only be encapsulated. In other words, before you buy check the crawlspaces and the back yard for adequate drainage or you will pay for it later. Common sense does not run this place, and even being on the council is a waste of time and a frustrating experience.

Noticed the differences in 'green spaces'. Seems the best one is always used in the ads.

Your building is headed in the same direction as others. Nobody wants to pay higher Fees making the Budget so tight they can only do what they can do. It is becoming the norm to ask individual owners to look after what they own. "Why should I pay for something I don't use" I currently live in a building that relies on owners and in turn voided warranties because Strata is to look after it. Living in a Condo brings its challenges for each floor. "we don't want to pay for their floor". Council member will put their focus on what future buyers will see. They hope buyers are attracted to low prices and won't do an inspection.

"MOLD IS UNITS FOR SALE"

I hear ya previous revue. This place is a mess. Most recent unit for sale just had there MOLD sprayed. BAD place to live

I have lived here for 7 years and have never encountered mold (or even heard of mold) in our units. We did have a water problem in some of our units but work has been done on this. Community wise, it is a pretty nice place and attractive place to live

"Water in Crawl Space -
BEWARE"

Was looking to buy a unit - put in an offer - owner did not disclose that there was a water problem with the complex - had to find it out for myself. Stay away from this place!!!! They spent $340,000 and the units affected still aren't fixed yet
