"hang on to your wallet"

building is currently undergoing a full envelope replacement. Strata may find they have additional expenses once the project gets further along. Hallways have not had new carpets or paint in 20 years. Last attempt to do the work was defeated (contingency fund is empty and owners had just paid for a roof, paint and now a whopping envelope repair) The units are a wonderful size but you must be prepared for improvements to common areas to occur at a snails pace.
