Waterstone Pier at 14200 Riverport Way is an adult oriented complex. Located just minutes to golf courses, driving range, Silver City Movie Theatres, Watermania, shopping and restaurants at Ironwood Mall. Easy access to Vancouver, Delta, Surrey, Ladner and Tsawassen. Some of units have the river and Mt. Baker view. This complex features 139 units with 48 units each at 14100 and 14200 Riverport and 43 units at 14300 Riverport.

"Terribly built condo.
Beware.."

If you are considering buying or renting in any of the 3 Waterstone Pier buildings... don't. These apartments are the loudest and most cheaply built I have seen. You literally hear your neighbours doing everything, opening a drawer, dropping a pen, going to the bathroom and everything in between. Sound carries incredibly well throughout the building, and cheap cabinetry makes it even worse. Drawers are not quiet-close, and the hardwood floors are not insulated in the slightest. Everything you do even in your own apartment feels extremely loud. Run away from this place and find something built better, you will regret moving here on your first night. You should also be aware of the traffic situation because after 3pm you can not leave this place, you are stuck here until after rush hour.
