indicating big repairs.
Good Condo Complex."

Visited last week. 336,000 CAD worth of replacement bill coming up for Elevators. Strata has agreed to increase funding for upcoming repairs. Roof and pipes recently done. So its a chance to take. However, price point for many houses with 2 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms at basic un-upgraded level are marked at 250,000 CAD which is over priced by about 30,000 to 40,000. Decided to let this go.
