"Looks Nice, But
Strata/Polygon isn't that
great"

The building itself is okay. Nicely located, beside Kwantlen PolyTech, Lansdowne Mall, and Alexandria rd (for your late night snacks). Pets OK and a garden with small playground. However Polygon takes light years to fix a linoleum problem (it's been 3yrs since it happened, and it's still not fixed!) The only thing that gets fixed, kind of prompty is paint issues in the lobby. Also there are quite a few noisy students around from late night parties. So do expect the random obnoxious shout from outside. Or the party rummaging around upstairs. Parking for Building A (#5028), is very tight and badly spaced. Though Building B and C seem reasonable. Ammenities: Gym, Whirlpool, Sauna and Steam are located in Building A, but are all shared between the 3 buildings. There are a lot of more ridiculous forms and fees that are popping up from nowhere, and they are not posted in the elevator, you have to check yourself if there are any extra forms you need to fill in from the mailroom. Also mailman seems to get the building's mail mixed up a lot. Suggested for students, bachelors/bachleorettes, and first time buyers.

	Comment on this Review: unregistered user on August 15 2009: I'm newly rent this place at 8088 Kwantlen. I found there's no parking for bikes. The Management office should think about this! Are they expecting the bikes go into the lift and lift lobby? By the way, the window outside is too dirty. It shouldn't be cleaned only once a year Write a comment about this review Enter image text:
