"NOT a place for Dog
Owners"

Although the building is dog friendly once approved the building cleaning and maintenance staff go out of there way to make it difficult for dog owners. I agree with placing signs everywhere in the building reminding owners to keep dogs on a leash and to clean up after their pet. The latest signs that just came out state that it is not allowed to place the bagged waste in the blue garbage bin. So where are we supposed to put the waste that you ask us to pick up? Throw it in a tree to hang in the wind? Throw it on a park bench to have someone else pick it up? If you own a dog this is NOT the complex to look at purchasing in as the on site managers make life difficult for considerate dog owners. Shame on you Frank and Susan! There is ugliness behind your fake smiles.

Dog owners in this building are expected to clean up after their dogs, keep them quite and on leashes. The poor owners that have to put up with noisey animals defecating around the property. Shame on those people! Frank and Susan are doing all that they can to ensure rules are adhered to and that includes emptying dog waste into toilets and then disposing of the bag in a proper recepticle.If you are not prepared to follow these rules for the enjoyment of others than you should find another place to live. We do not wnat you living in our impecably kept neighbourhood! unregistered user on June 8 2016: Everyone picks up after their dog. But to not provide garbage for the doggy bag? And to go as far as tell people to open bags in their homes of dog poo to flush it down the toilet? Wow. Seriously wow. I have now seen everything. People who own dogs pay condo fees just like everyone else who does not own dogs. You would think they can purchase some bins for doggy poo. Seriously I can not believe I just read that is what management is trying to make people do at this development. And to think I was going to request my agent show me some listings here. I think not. I will be purchasing a condo at a normal development that has normal policies for dog owners. You lost at least one buyer of a 3 bedroom condo from this. Good day. unregistered user on June 8 2016: Furthermore to my comment above, if you are not providing garbage bins for doggy poo, and trying to force owners to flush into their toilet. Then all residents including non dog owners get to smell FRESH doggy poo in their elevator and hallways!! Again I am just floored by this management and people's expectations. Do they not think this will effect every one? Thank you to the person who made this policy public. I'm lucky to see this before I possibly purchased a condo here. Cheers.
