"Top of the hill"

This small (31 unit) complex sits next to the park that marks the peak of the hill overlooking Colony Farms, the Fraser River, and Mount Baker on the horizon. A string of responsible strata councils over the past years have driven re-investment in new waterproof siding and a new roof to avoid any of the leaky condo nightmares seen elsewhere. This is not a complex for renters and so the owner-residents have taken pride in maintaining the site and respecting their neighbours. There are however no facilities for children so it is not an ideal building for families.
