"Management's neglect"

There was an incident in this building about a week ago that led to some suites being broken into by the cops. Unfortunately for the owners and renters of the suites, the management has yet to fix their doors. They recweived different information from "It's still under further investigation" or "We are still bidding on which company is cheaper to fix the doors". Isn't the management supposed to ensure everyone's safety??? It has been 11 days and the suites are not yet fixed. Take it from someone who is dealing with this situation. It will give you an idea on what kind of management this building has.

They are legally responsible for the strata corporation, so it is their job to ensure that everyone in your building is safe. unregistered user on July 4 2014: Can't you file an insurance claim? unregistered user on May 20 2015: The security of the building is everyone's responsibility. Strata should do their part but the owners should also not rent out to people they have not checked out and done reference checks on. It's a community and everyone needs to take responsibility. "Review on this building"

My friend rented a unit in this building in 2009. The unit inself was nice but not worth the over $1000/month she was paying for the one bedroom unit. i visited this buidling several times and she had problems with loud neighbours. Her storage locker was broken into and valuables were stolen. I drove up to the main entrance one day to see a guy peeing off the side of the garage entryway. He was not a vagrant. On a couple of occasions, there was dog poop in front of my friend's suite door. One day as I left my friend's unit and made my way to the elevator, there was a dirty condom right in front of the elevator on the carpet. Don't know if anything in this building has changed (my friend moved out a while ago). IMHO I would invest my $$ elsewhere.

"Looking for review"

I am planning to make a purchase for one of the units in this building i wanted to know from the renters living in this building if this building has any crime rates or issues. Please let me know thanks

"Downward Spiral"

This building started out ok and has steadily gotten worse. Dirty, filthy and a haven for crime. I would suggest looking elsewhere to rent. Pity the poor suckers who bought their suites.

This area has changed somewhat over the years.
