"Lots of Noise from
footsteps"
Owned a unit in this building. Quaint neighborhood. Pet friendly. The trouble is, the person living above was heavy on his feet and made it so unpleasant! There is no concrete layer between units so watch out because noise travels easily from on floor to another, big time. I've talked to others in the building that have suffered through this as well. Some eventually moved away because of the noise from above.
