"Great Location and
Building"

Having sold numerous suites in Gilford Court I find it is always in high demand because of its' location and overall excellent condition. There are a total of 44 suites, pets are allowed although rentals are not. This building has been fully rainscreened, new roof and common area upgrades (carpet, lobby, wall treatments) are on the way. Only one short block to English Bay beach and two blocks to world famous Stanley Park.
