"Bad experience "
I'm normally not that person who would write a review on my experience but I have had nothing but issues with Davies Smith. I closed in July 2015 and to date none of the items from my PDI or Tarion 30 day have been rectified. I have tried my best to reach their head office, CS rep, staff and no one ever returns my calls or emails. I would not recommend this builder to anyone. I have purchased from several developers and have never had such a bad experience.

We are excited to announce that we now feature Microsoft Bird's Eye View and Google Street View for condo buildings!
this in my experience is the worst builder in ONTARIO, eleven superior was purchased in 2011 and building completed beyond final completion date, with no apologies or notice that individual can collect a large amount of cash if they handed the unit beyond final closing date. they had a negative impact on the media for not paying the full $200,000 community contribution and the workmanship is the worst I ever seen...NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUILDER
I have the exact issue, seems they have disappeared from social media and the phone number does not work. My Tarion rep said he could not get a hold of them. Not impressed so buyer beware
This builder is in disrepute, all comments above are valid. This builder is also on the verge of bankruptcy and I consider them a high risk, DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. Also, once they have your money, expect the lowest quality finishes, late delivery of your unit (years late), no post-delivery inspection or deficiencies remediation and NO communication from anyone at Davies Smith Developments - your calls and emails will never be returned. Also you can look them up at www.canlii.org to see other litigation against them regarding poor quality or latent defects of approximately $1m dollars, which you can expect to ultimately affect your condo fees. Beware.
I agree with everything above 150% because I also went thru it. In addition I did not have a PDI, unit was just given to me with no inspection. Another issue is that we paid property taxes for 2016 for the full year at closing, in fact more than what the city was asking for. 2 years later I get a bill from city that we owe 2016 taxes, so they pocket it and never paid. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM, IF NOBODY BUYS FOR SURE THEY WILL GO BANKRUPT
