Pros: LOCATION...Dundas and Dixie,Walk to Shopping, TTC and Schools, Well Maintained, Underground Parking, Indoor Pool, Exercise Room, Party Room, Very Low Fees, Low Taxes, Units come with Open Balconies, Safety, Schools. Value per square foot is outstanding! Cons: Elevators do not go into the parking area(underground), Street noise on the south side, Building is starting to show age, No Security Guard.

this is a great building. lots of old people live here which means it's quiet, although more and more young families are starting to move in. it's quiet, safe and most of all affordable!!!

worst building you can live in....lots of old annoying people, loby smells really bad!!!

There is a factory across the street. The stacks are not only visible, but really smelly at times.

Great square footage and maintenance fees very reasonable. Great reno opportunity if you want to flip a condo

Really wonderful building. Quite and secure. Large appartments. Of course its not a penthouse but for the money condos cost there is really a great deal compare to much better building but crappy apprtments. I havnt seen any factory there, as mentioned in a comment.

Really!! Worst building? Old annoying people? Smelly Lobby? Smoke Stacks? Have you people even been near there? It's a clean building, amazing location, great tenants, reasonable maintenance fees, great prices compared to other places!

Good building but terrible management. Board of directors is very discriminatory against young owners such as myself where I was even once harrassed In the parking lot by a member of the directors for parking my car in a spot that I own.
