"Cold inside pluse various
issues"

Very cold within 1 meter from any window, even ice along the unit's corner where 2 windows meet. Everything that could go wrong with the unit, went wrong: exhaust fan, shower cartridge, bathroom faucets, toilet. Ongoing clicking noise in the duct above the kitchen, new property manager Helga won't lift a finger. Helpful security guy. Excellent location, if you can deal with the fire truck siren noise.
