"Perfect for the non-party
types"

I was one of the first residents of West One and miss it! Three elevators, huge gym, huge parking lot and bike lockers, friendly gym attendants and concierge, comfortable library area with book exchange, huge locker room and change area. It has a nice waterside location and with the Canada Line it now doesn't feel so cut off from public transit. The workmanship of this building (one of Concord's early condos) is superior compared to the newer ones - the quality of materials used in construction and attention to detail put more recent developments to shame. Of all of the condos I have lived in, West One probably has the most owner-occupied suites. Most residents aren't the young working professionals, party animals or language students, they're older professionals or retirees. I think because of that, they care more about their condo and don't trash the place or turn up the music or TV loud. In that regard West One really felt like a home.
