"Excellent, quiet, well
maintained building"

Owned a unit here for more than a year. Excellent condo board, awesome concierges who remember you, your family, your house cleaner, and your work schedule. Neighbours who range from young students to mature professionals - but all love living in the downtown core and are overall excellent people. Some issues that occurred over the year all have been remedied. (e.g. garbage system was recently updated, new door security system has been installed).) The building is old, but that means the units are very generously sized - your 1 bedroom is the size of a 1+den, and 1+den is the size of a 2 bedroom condo nowadays. Love living here!

Consierges superb! Location outstanding. But,condo board does not answer their mail. Property manager is complacent and evasive. Elevators need replacement. www.youtube.com/brokenbuilding99

Love this building and great concierges, most of the issues in the youtube video have been dealt with now that there is a new board.. that was just made by someone with way too much time on their hands and personal issues with the management team.

This building and the concierges are really great. The only 'catch' is that the maintenance is high (about $150-$200) more than you'd expect. But you do get more space than you would in a new condo so the trade off becomes a difference of 100-300sqft for about $2400/year.

I rented here and thought it was great value. The building common space just got redone and is nice (although I had to live through it!). Now they are doing new elevators - woohoo! I rented a one plus one and it was twice the size of every other condo I looked at. Maybe not as hip as some building but location location location
