I love this building, it's well built and amazing location. It's so convenient and I have underground path to the subway, 24 hrs metro.. etc. I highly recommend College Park Condos because I love here.

This condo is becoming a ghetto...poor young renters are moving in.
Poor Young renters??? Hello... it's $1700 for one bedroom and $2200 for 1+1. So poor eh..
very rude young people in this building and the management is deplorable. they address people in emails and notices as if they are juveniLe. definitely not made for families.
