"Excellent building"
As an owner for the past 6 years, I have been really pleased with this building. Despite its age, it is extremely well maintained and appears in better condition than much newer condos. It is well managed with a good reserve fund, and a keen group of mature owners who genuinely care for the maintenance and future of the building. Their rec centre is the best I've seen of many condos.

new board in 2013 is a disaster, reserve fund is depleted, big operational problems -- formerly a great building, now on a steep decline. Sad.
