Concord Pacific Group quality of the construction is very poor. National Home Warranty covers up poor workmanship and major issues in the buiding,doing nothing but damage to consruction industry. Show their mistakes ,help them to improove poor attitude of customer service. It would be positive step in your direction. Read reviews about your company, listen to what people are saying. Look at your rating with BBB of BC. You have well deserved F failed. Does it show you something. You need educated and professional people Mr. Ray Winsor,whoes goal would be communicate with the customer complain, study, satisfy customers needs and not to missled you.That's the idea behind your company . Is it?
