"Regret moving in"

The recently refurnished and renovated lobby might have created a perky appearance for the condo, but that certainly does not reflect the quality of living in this building. Every month, if not every week, a defect will occur in the building. From malfunctioning elevator to overflow of the building's main pipeline (which can effectively flood an entire unit), living in this building certainly keep you on your toes. Every month the building's manager will thus get an excuse to enter your unit for inspection, which she insists she has the right to do. To keep a list of unpleasant experiences short, here is my recommendation to all those thinking about moving in: if privacy, respect, and comfort is what you're searching for yourself or your family, look elsewhere.
