"Opera Tower, look
somewhere else... part 2"

6: Pool area: I'm not going anymore to the pool on weekends, barbecues, parties, alcohol, kids, etc.... if you want to relax, just close your window and stay inside your unit.... or rent a unit on the south side of the building... the noise is really loud... 7: Trash & Garbage: Sometimes there's more trash bags on the floor of the trash shute, piled up and dirty, stains everywhere, people don't use it, they just leave the bags there leaking... 8: Security guards: some of them are really nice, some of them need to find another job... Bottom line is, we're paying a lot of money for something that is not worth it... I'll start looking somewhere else and this time I'll be sure to look for these kind of details, that can make your life easier... or not.

When I just moved in the building was great, new, maintained. 1: Parking Garage, people will take two spaces to park their car, there's no respect, when you get home you will not find a space due to the fact that you will find a car taking two spaces. And not to mention, sometimes you feel like your're in a race track, there's been a few close calls when I thought I was going to hit the incoming car (the speeding incoming car) 2: Elevators: There's 6 elevators in the building, but most of the time it seems there's only 1 or 2 working. 3: Hallways, etc: They're not taking care of those, elevators look dirty, missing buttons everywhere, dirty floors, most of the elevators still have the protection covers for when people move to the building... though we have a Service elevator in the back... 4: Pets: building allows pets, you call the elevator... you go in and you see a huge stain of pee on the floor, the smell.... really bad. Parking garage doors are the same, poo stains everywhere 5: Hotel rooms: Now the association is renting units like Hotels, so now there's a bunch of people coming in and out that don't care about the building or the people living in there. Ghetto !!!!!
