"401 Blu - Management
Hides Roof top Pool Area
High Radiation Warning "

Rented at 401 blu and was very unhappy with lack of security on property (very transient neighborhood block), dirty hallway carpets (large dogs and constant workers tracking oily dirt) along with the high radiation situation on rooftop swimming pool area from large array of cellular transmission mast antennae. The high radiation warning signs are hidden from visitors' and tenants view. There was actually a high radiation warning sign posted on the inside of the emergency stairwell door on rooftop, which was removed by management at some point. Can't hang out by rooftop pool for more then a few minutes without experiencing headaches, nausea and overall ill feelings. Stay away from this condo. Overpriced and understaffed.
