"Meridian Cove"

This is a well-built and well-maintained building, with a full range of features. Like any 20-year-old building, it requires maintenance and replacement of parts as they wear out. The Strata Council is working to address these needs, with the current priority being replacement of the water supply piping. Recreational facilities include swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, gymnasium, party room, library, and courtyard gardens. The building would be of limited interest to investors, since rentals are not allowed.
