GREAT LOCATION GREAT DOORMEN GREAT ROOF DECK AND GREAT NEIGHBORS THE BUILDING IS AS UNIQUE AS IT'S RESIDENCES; THEY VARY FROM REALESTATE INVESTORS, BANKERS, ARTISTS,DESIGNERS,MODELS TO ACCOUNTANTS. AND WE ALL HANG OUT ON THE ROOF DECK ON FRIDAYS AFTER WORK. I HAVE GOTTEN UP THERE AT 6:30 PM AND HAVE GONE HOME AT ABOUT 2:30 AM.
