"15 Years Here..."

I have lived in this building for 15+ years. We've had the same doormen and our neighbors have been consistent through the years. The fact that we have very few sponsor rentals in the building and the fact that the units are owner occupied contribute to a very nice environment. The current board seems to be fiscally responsible and I really like this building with no thoughts of moving. The neighborhood around us continues to improve- and when I say that- not to infer that it was ever bad...its just that it keeps getting better. If you are thinking of living here- it's an excellent community.
