"350 East 30th Super "
The current super Tony Rodriguez is unreliable and menacing at times. Future owners and renters should be aware that they must be willing to accommodate his schedule and on his terms. Often he'll demand access to units without advance notice. Furthermore his work is sloppy. However the doorman staff and porters are extremely helpful, reliable,hard workers and and nice. Just be aware of the super .
