"classless building"

Run like a classless house of idiots. Super, Mario's a punk who picks on women, thinks he's king of the mountain who's head has become too big. He's a total bully. Maintenance guy is always grouchy. He's allowed to run a construction business on the side in the building. Because of this, he hardly gets around to fixing things for residents, he makes time though his business for residents paying him a lot. Board is run by a stuck up rude woman who has been on it forever who nobody likes. The doormen are lazy, get away with too much, gossip & complain non-stop. Day doorman, Arthur is an obvious brown nosed punk. The sound proofing is horrible, carries up through the walls. The smell of dope smoked from other renters fills the whole building. Management Orsid is a joke & Dennis, the guy who residents are supposed to go to never returns calls or does his job, only to board members because he's kissing rear end. That area is part of York street, east end area, so, anything from about 3rd to east end you will see & smell anything regarding drugs. At night from the bars people public urinate, yell, get rowdy from being so drunk. Rats & mice inside the walls, come through the radiator & you hear them running around in the lobby walls at night. The original windows have very poor insulation & your electric bills will be very high trying to cool or heat the apartment.
