"Great building"

The Elan has been well put together by Cressy and looks good. The amenities are well maintained and the strata council seems very active in the upkeep of the building. Lots of parking, and spare parking, rare for this part of town. Very happy with my investment.

"All Good at the Elan"

The Elan has been an excellent choice for me. Very good value in each unit, finishings are top-notch, lots of windows/light. The building is well run, very good amenities yet the strata fees are low. Good location on out-skirts of Yaletown and public transportation is at your doorstep. No concierge but there is nightime security and I always feel safe. Very pleased with my Elan investment.

"Great location and value."

Checked out a few units in the building. Really liked some of the townhouses. Bedrooms were very small but the private roof top patio is a great feature. If the bedrooms were a decent size I would consider purchasing in this building. Overall a nice addition to Downtown. smrtovnica smrtovnice
