"DO NOT LIVE HERE"

VERY poor management. They do not make it easy on residents. Susan, the manager, is particularly bad. You would think with people paying quite a lot of money to live here that they would be better to their residents. Not so. Would highly recommend looking at another building that actually cares about their residents.

"CONVENIENT LOCATION"

The place is close to all the downtown amenities. Really loved this building because its very close to the arena since I am a sports fanatic. Just 2 mins walk to the arena. Very close to the Sky train station but quiet location. Most restaurants, Canadian Tire, Costco, Clinics, Banks, Pubs and more. Over all it is a great place to be.

"NICE BUILDING, CLOSE TO
EVERYTHING."

I have rented a unit in this building and I must say I really liked it. It is close to grocery(costco) transit, restaurants etc. I enjoyed the pool on weekends and overall its one of the most comfortable places in downtown. Less noise. I have met the caretaker several times and she doesnt seem friendly but I do enjoyed my condo and thats what matters most!!

"GET RID OF THOSE
PARASITES OF SOCIETY"

Yes, agree with you. Building is nice, close to everything and one of the best place to call home except the parasites managing. If all the owners would come together to say good bye to these parasites managing, we would be better off. So sad to hear you put your condo up for sale

I used to be on the strata council and I might say Paul Kraal was a perfect gentleman. I heard of owners complaints about Susan but I would suggest owners should form an online committee and discuss these issues. We pay these people and they cannot overrun us.

"MANAGEMENT COMPANY
SUCKS!!!"

Management company are not giving the right services. We have Crosby managing, Paul the caretaker was very rude and AWM alliance was brought in with Lyndon King who was worse than Paul and the caretaker Susan who is a bitch.Maintenance fee escalated $40 plus, more than maximum allowed in a yr. Put my unit up for sale since the management of the whole building sucks.
