Pacific Point at 1323 and 1331 Homer Street is a rainscreened building. Located in the heart of Yaletown, close to David Lam Park, Roundhouse Community Centre, Urban Fare and restaurants, shopping, seawall and future Canada Line station. Facilities include gym, hot tub and sauna and shared garden courtyard. Some units have views of False Creek. The complex features 379 units with 328 residential units at 1323, 1331 Homer, 38 residential units at 431 Pacific and 13 commercial units.

I have rented here for 16 years. It is an extremely well maintained well run building. It is currently a full apartment rental, unlike 1331 which I a condo. There are a number of long term tenants and so rents are still manageable for the long timers. But the building is now up for sake to a developer. Rumours abound that the sale will close mid 2012. Of course this means there is a strong likelihood of renovations in the future. Too bad as there are so few rental buildings in Yaletown. If you are renting for the first time here be sure to ask if the sale has gone though and what the developers plans are or you could find yourself here for a short time if the renovations are approved. But it is an excellent building and in very good shape.
