"Good Value"

Nice building, thought the floor plan that I saw was a little unique. Long hallway to the master bedroom, which made it feel more private. Close to Yaletown and very close to Robson Street. From what I know, a pretty good value and not having to pay the Yaletown prices. And the living room area was a little small. The main entrance is actually from the back alley.

Slight correction on the above reviewer: Main pedestrian entrance is from Homer St but is also accessible from the alley. Vehicle access to the parkade is of course from the alley as is normal.

Yes, main entrance on Homer St. A well-run building, great strata council, maintenance.
