"Rain Screen completed
2013/2104"

This building has been rain screened and had many updates and improvements done to it. Including lobby, hallways, fire panel, entryphone, and $550,000 spent on elevator modernization. This is an undervalued great building

"Not Impressed"

This building wasn't too nice in my opinion. It looked old outside and in. It looked very cheap and the condo itself was pretty cramped. Amazing how the location doesn't feel so nice even though it is so close to Yaletown.

Since then the building has been completely redone and looks like a new building.It has new rainscreen, insulation, new roof, and new lobby, new elevators, new carpeting, new flooring. The result is a new building.
