"Elevators"

The elevators in this building are horrible. One of the elevators is broken at least twice a week and if you live here you can expect a 20 minute wait in a lineup just to take an elevator to get home after work. Ridiculous.

"Not too bad"

Been renting here for several years now. There aren't enough elevators for the number of suites, and one is always broken. Air conditioning is nice. Small pool, small gym, but the strata fees are so high! A few years ago when the city was blanketed in snow the heating system failed. Overall, I will not buy here although I like living here as a renter.

"Nice building, funny
kitchen"

I saw 2 homes in this building. They were one bedroom condos and the kitchen was completely different in the two places. One was like a galley kitchen and the other was much much better. For myself, the building is fine just would be careful of the layout.
