"Read the Building's
Minutes before Buying!"

I would highly recommend reading the minutes before you buy. Here is a SHORT list of the main issues we have had while living here: There has been 4 major floods over the past year. Pipes bursting, water tanks bursting, and overall poor maintenance. These floods have caused thousands and thousands of dollars of damage, and the deductible has been raised now to $50,000 per unit. It took them over 5 months to repair our unit while it was basically unliveable. Our unit's wall structure and ceilings are shifting and cracking. Repair men constantly are concerned about this issue when they see the suite. This is obviously a building structure issue, and must be happening in other suites. Fixtures have all broken, and continue to break such as the kitchen sink taps, and the bathroom shower taps. The repair man said that he can fix it for now, but because of the poor quality of the inner fixtures, they will continue to break. Elevators. For such a large building with many suites, there are only 3 elevators. They are constantly in repair, and breaking down. The elevator wait to get to your suite can often be 10 minutes.

"Excellent Pinnacle
Building"

Nice Pinnacle building. The condos have 9 ft ceilings. Amenities are great too. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, meeting room, games room, party room with a piano, 2 guest suites and 24 hour concierge.
