"Poor building"
I was unhappy with my purchase at 260 Queens Quay. From day 1 I had concerns with the condo board. Many of the amenities were in poor condition or had strict rules limiting their availability or how much you could enjoy them. I found many of the other owners to be elderly and angry. Not the best environment to own at. More of a short term renter style building.
