"Nice condos in an
up-and-coming
neighbourhood - great
value!"

This building presents great value for the average price of the units. Great location close to downtown with a neighbourhood that's been getting much nicer over the past several years and is now quite pleasant. Generally a quiet building with good neighbours, modern and open suite layouts that make sense, and generally a nice place to live and own.

"Great condo building in a
superb location"

Super building, close to downtown, generally quiet, and very safe! Well maintained and kept nice and clean!! I would buy in here again for sure!
