"Looking Good!!"

Visited the Show Suite with the new renos and very impressed with the changes. I think this building is going to be a good investment for anyone wanting to move into this area. If you have time to stop in, you will see how nicely the renos are coming and how nice the NEW suites are goingto be!!

there is no security in this building so it should read no stars. security a very big issue.unsafe.cameras don't work

The building is in rough shape and the new owners are ripping the interior apart while the residents are still there. The door moldings have been removed exposing the locks and frame and the floors are now bare concrete. while this is needed to complete renos it is terrible for the current tennants which include the elderly. If the current owners are subjecting elderly residents to this kind of treatment, I wouldn't trust them to sell me anything.

The building is over 40 yrs old and in bad shape and it is mould infested.Although it is being renovated it is still in bad shape,including the part you don't see, plumbing,wiring etc.So if you are interested in purchasing this i would think twice.

It is an old worn out neglected building if you are thinking of buying a suite in here spend a little mor and buy a newer one.But if you are thinking of purchasing one in this building make sure you get it checked out good especially windows, plumbing wiring and mold

This project is just what this part of town needed. From the reports, it appears as though any deficiencies that were in the building have been repaired, and that the quality of workmanship on the renovations has been top notch. Affordable updated and rentable condos in a central location... what more could one ask for?

Renovations are up and beyond to make sure that they are up to code standards. Checked it out and really nice renos - can't believe the transformations of this building...looking good!
