"great condo complex"

We bought a condo a few years ago and we love living here. All units (2 bed. and 1 bed) have 1 full bath and powder room. Units are very large. All have ensuite laundry, large storage locker, bicycle storage, 1 assigned parking and lots of extra parking spots at $15 per month only. We have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, change rooms with shower and toilets and lockers to put your clothes in while you are in the pool. Bldgs are very well maintained. We recently had allways and entrances renovated. Very nice. Adult oriented bldg and very quiet. Rentals are permitted.
