"quiet family apartment
building"
We moved from James Bay to this address - the difference in noise, the smell of pot and the friendliness of our neighbours makes a world of difference. The strata are still very reasonable and the strata council seem to be on the ball. Parking is awesome and I love being able to walk to the local bakery, the mall and restaurants.
