"Good building but not
energy efficient"
The overall construction of the build is not bad. Units have a trendy loft style. But the loft style comes at a price: poor energy efficiency. This is because the walls don't extend to the ceiling so it's impossible to keep the heat within one room. Worse yet, the only heating source in the unit is a gas fireplace which is less efficient than electric baseboard heaters. Besides, each Reef unit has a gas meter so you pay your own gas bill at higher rate than those buildings with shared gas.

Agree efficiency is poor. But it is quiet and by far one of the top three best condo building in the city.
