"Villa St. Georges"

This building suffered a catastrophic fire on January 16, 2009 and is currently being rebuilt from the foundation up as a 4 storey building. 8, 2 bedroom penthouse style apartments are being added on the 4th floor. Since this is the rebuilding of a previously built building there will be no HST charged on the apartments that are for sale in this building. Villa St. Georges could not be more ideally located in the Central Lonsdale area of the City of North Vancouver. All amenities (shopping, banking, City Hall, public library, etc.) are within 3-4 blocks. It is 5 minutes from beautiful Victoria Park and only 30 minutes from Downtown Vancouver using the SeaBus.
