"The best building ever"
I have been leaving in this building since this was built. We have enjoyed every minute of it. Fabulous neighbors, fantastic views. This is a very nice and quite building, no hassles, very comfortable. We love the gas fire place and the fact that the heat is not electric (central heat, part of maintenance fees). The neighborhood is great, we walk to sea bus and enjoy many coffee shops.
