Corset Manor at 270 W 1st Street is a 30 unit three storey building in Lower Lonsdale North Vancouver.  Some units have nice views of the city, Lions Gate Bridge and the British Properties.   Close to all the shops and services of the Lonsdale Quay area and the Seabus.

The balconies have been replaced in 2018 as well as the sliding doors. Looks good and the cost was reasonable, good project management as well

Dorset Manor is a nice quiet building. Over the past few years, the parkade entry doors and operators, roof and plumbing have been replaced. There is a new fire panel and insuite alarm system being installed within the next few months, and the elevator is going to be upgraded by 2013. These repairs and upgrades literally make this 37 year old building "as new". Even after all the upgrades are competed, the Contingency Fund is still very healthy.The suites are much larger than new builds, and the loctaion is within walking distance to all that Lower Lonsdale has to offer.Suites that have come onto the market sold quickly.
