"Convenient Location, Nice
Neighbours, but Noisy
Street"

PROS: Lived in this condo between 2007 - 2009. For the age of the building, it is well maintained. The property management company that runs it is efficient, and they always post memos on the elvators & bulletin boards. Convenient location! Here's some of the things just downstairs/within 1-2 blocks: -Starbuck's -Subway Sandwiches (open 24 hours) -Dentist -Dog Groomer -Grocery stores -Meditteranean Deli -Sushi -Korean BBQ (Best in town, I hear) -Authentic Mexican (try the cactus) -Greek -Bakery -Post Office -Art Gallery The maintenance staff has a good sense of humour, which is a bonus. They're always busy cleaning during the day. We've only had two incidences in 2 years where we hade to tell our neighbours (poilitely) to turn down the speaker volume during one of the rare late-night parties they had. Overall, the neighbours are respectful, and friendly. Cons: If you're a light sleeper (as I am), in the units facing Lonsdale, you will notice the street noise off Lonsdale (especially after a Canucks game, or late at night on Fridays/Sa---ays. However, you get nice views, so it's a bit of a trade-off.
