"Nice building overall,
but..."
Although the units (and decks) are big, the building has settled in several areas leaving sloping floors and hallways. Seemed to be getting worse. Very noisy on west and south sides because of traffic (ambulances all day and night) on Pandosy. Nice grounds, but also popular with local drug users and dealers. Homes on west side have clear view to deck of nearby brothel when leaves have fallen. Nice walk to beach (don't do it at night) and downtown, except for crossing Harvey as a pedestrian.

"Large condos close to
downtown"
Complex is older (1980s), but has massive condo units - up to 1900 sq ft. Very secure and close to downtown (10 minute walk). Beautiful park-like setting by the creek.

Seriously inaccurate.
We had friends that used to own there, and the floors did slope noticeably - especially in the hallways. It's true there is a brothel next door, but never saw any problems. Wouldn't recommend walking around there to downtown at night.
