"Nice complex in fantastic
location"

This 1992 low-rise quiet complex has beautiful grounds, with a Spanish style to the building. It is age restricted to 19+, has a good strata council and well-maintained contingency. There is underground secure parking, secure bike storage, a small shop, exercise and common room and a craft room. There is separate storage for units on the same floor as their suite. Suites range in size from about 1060 sq ft to around 1400, and most have split bedroom layouts. Each unit has central air and heat (gas) and gas fireplaces. The location is excellent with a walk score of 76. The beach is about 200 metres away. Supermarkets, drug stores, medical clinics, restaurants and a mall are all within a five minute walk.
